You learn so much by stopping at the local bike shops.
Today, we visited The Lions Cyclery www.thelionscyclery.ca to get a quick tune-up on our fenders. Meshkat, the owner, was very interested in our trip and gave us some good advice about our next rides to help avoid some hilly areas.
The rest of the day, we explored the waterfront and napped.
Well rested and ready for more mountains.
