We are tracking on schedule and doing the distances that everyone is comfortable with. We have taken a Northern Ontario route which had lots of people wondering about the forest fires in the area.
This MNR map shows that most of the activity so far is north of where we are. We did see some forests that would have been affected by past fires and some new growth.
Not unlike us...burned out and growing each day.
