We had the chance to see a mining town, Rouyn-Noranda, that embraces cyclists. With a lovely path around the lake, we were able to see both the beauty of the area and the influence of the main employer of the town.
This place had "By donation" bikes available for everyone to use.
We have seen more cyclists on the roads in Quebec in the past two days than we saw in all of Northern Ontario.
