After an impressively calm and enjoyable 17-hour ferry ride, we started our 2 days of riding, heading toward the Mile Zero marker in St. John's.
Although Newfoundland claims to have a rail trail system, it is much more suited to ATVs than bikes. After a couple of failed attempts, we decided to ride on Highway 1.
